I am Joseph S. Higgins and am both a Resident and Owner of Higgins Home Inspections in Deerfield Beach Florida and have been Constructing in the South Florida market for 35 + years as a Tradesmen, Contractor, Project Manager and Engineering Consultant.

I am a State Licensed Home Inspector as well as a State Licensed General Contractor providing you with 35 plus years of Building Experience. I take great pride in my work and performing these Inspections personally.

​Should you consider getting a Wind Mitigation inspection?  
We say absolutely yes! Home insurance policies can significantly fluctuate with different certificates building your home’s credibility. And a wind mitigation inspection done on your home is not costly or time consuming. This inspection takes less than an hour and Costs $150 however it could save you thousands of dollars and give you the peace of mind you need knowing that you are well protected
